Tuition Payment Plans

Tuition & Fees
Working from Home

An initial deposit of tuition is due prior to class enrollment at the time of registration. Deposits and tuition may be paid by cash, check, money order, debit, or credit card. If you elect to pay by check, it should be made payable to House of God Academy and Bible College Online (HOGABC).

 

Tuition (online):

1 course = 3 credit hours
1 three-credit course = $150.00

  • HOGABC Online offers the same tuition rate for in-state and out-of-state residents.

  • Your tuition rate will remain locked (no increase) while you actively take HOGABC courses towards your certificate or undergraduate degree.

 

Student Service Fees: $25.00 per semester

Tuition and fees vary from student to student and depend on the enrollment date. Other college costs including books and supplies and personal expenses should also be considered in the cost of attending college.

 

Payment Plan Enrollment (optional): 

HOGABC Online perhaps has the lowest rates for quality education in Biblical Studies. Currently, HOGABC wants to help you with your educational costs by allowing you to pay with a tuition payment plan that is Interest-Free.  Likewise, there are no eligibility requirements or credit evaluations required to enroll in the plan.

About Delinquent Accounts

If two payments are missed or not paid in full, then your payment plan is terminated. Without a school-sanctioned payment plan, or if tuition charges are not paid in full, a student's current term registration is in jeopardy. If your payment plan is canceled or terminated, you are still obligated to fulfill your financial obligations to HOGABC Online. If the student decides to restart classes at a later date, the total balance of the account is due before re-admittance to the college.

There is a $25.00 service charge for checks not honored by your bank.

 

How to Make Payments

You can pay by credit card, automatic debit online, or by mail. To pay by credit card or arrange for automatic debit, call an HOGABC Online customer service representative.

Refunds

The student may request a withdrawal (in writing) during the first week before their class begins in HOGABC Online and receive a full refund of 100%. After that date, the following refund policy applies: 

A. With the 2nd week from the start date of class, 80% refund. 

B. Within the 3rd week from the start date of class, 50% refund. 

C. After the 3rd week, 0% refund.

D. The withdrawal date is the date the written notification is received by HOGABC. This date will be used in calculating the amount of tuition refunded.
